Account and Data Deletion

To request account and associated app data deletion, email delete@cjmediaapp.com from the same email address used for your CJM Fast account. For support, email support@cjmediaapp.com.

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data that may be deleted

• Account profile
• Fasting history
• Hydration entries
• Daily check-ins
• Planned fasts
• Measurement entries
• App settings and preferences
• Habit tracker entries

Data that may be retained

• Purchase records handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store
• Limited records required for tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance
• Support emails needed to process the request

Subscriptions must be cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
