CJM Fasting provides educational fasting guidance and wellness tools. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Information we collect
CJM may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address when you join updates or contact support.
The app may collect app information needed to run your fasting experience, including fasting preferences, timer activity, planned fasts, check-ins, hydration entries, measurement entries, biomarker inputs you choose to enter, notification preferences, and app settings.
How we use information
We use information to provide app features, save progress, sync data, respond to support requests, send requested updates, improve content, and understand which educational resources are useful.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The website may use Kit for newsletter signup and launch updates. The app uses Supabase for app data storage, authentication, and syncing. Subscriptions, payments, analytics, or commerce may be handled by third-party providers such as app stores, RevenueCat, Stripe, Shopify, Gumroad, or similar services.
Health and wellness information
Health-related entries such as fasting history, hydration, sleep, energy, focus, biomarker readings, or body measurements are used to support the app experience. They should not be treated as medical records or medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight, have a history of disordered eating, or are unsure whether fasting is appropriate, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using fasting guidance.
Data security, retention, and deletion
CJM uses third-party service providers such as Supabase, app stores, RevenueCat, and email service providers to help operate the app and website. These providers are expected to use reasonable security measures for the data they process.
CJM keeps user information only as long as needed to provide app features, respond to support requests, meet legal requirements, and maintain business records.
Users may request account or data deletion by contacting support@cjmediaapp.com. Some data may also be managed through app store, subscription, email, or third-party account settings.
